The Tecnica Cochise 105 Women's Ski boot is a versatile hybrid boot designed for freeride skiers that want all of the performance of a true Alpine boot with the capabilities of a touring boot. The Cochise 105 W is the softer version of the Pro W and is designed for lighter skiers, more conservative skiers, or skiers that just prefer a bit of a softer flex profile without any compromise in performance. Tecnica takes pride in how a lot of their boots fit right out of the box, and thanks to the C.A.S. shell and liner, the ability to customize and dial in the perfect fit is easier than ever before. An Updated walk mode mechanism on this boot really dials in the boot's performance when in ski mode. Often times, a walk mode mechanism can create some separation between the upper and lower parts of the shell, leading to somewhat of a sloppy feel and less rigidity overall. The new T-ride walk mode mechanism ensures better lateral stiffness and no play when in ski mode as you can lock the lever down. When you do want to climb, low-tech inserts in the toe and heel along with GripWalk and Vibram soles provide you with all of the capabilities to either skin or hike up to your favorite lines. Whether you're riding your groomer zoomers on some early morning corduroy or hitting the skin track for some untouched powder, the Cochise 105 W can do it all.
