Kamik Alborg Women's Winter Boot

Because cold feet are no fun, the Kamik Alborg Women's Winter Boot is serious winter cold protection, all the way down to -58°F. The coldest temperature recorded on Svalbard, an island close to the north pole and the most northern year around inhabited town was -51.3 °F in March 1986. However, the lowest temperature recorded in Quebec, just to the north of us? A frigid -66 °F! This is a boot designed to take on the north, with a 10.25" shaft for stomping through the fluffy stuff as you head out the door and a synthetic rubber pack boot outsole for taking on the slushy stuff. A thermal barrier footbed adds extra warmth to this boot while the Zylextra® removable liner is a nice 9 mm thick. A D-ring lace system allows you to adjust the fit and gives you an easy on and off without struggling with getting laces through eyelets. This is, hands down, the boot to own if you're living where negative numbers are popping up on the weather map for days on end, or you're spending considerable time in an ice rink or standing on snow cheering on the team. Winter? Winter is just so much nicer when your feet are warm and dry, and these are just the boots to keep them that way.
